A deep, rich Texas-Style BBQ Sauce layered with slow smoked flavour, tangy tomato, a touch of sweetness & a warm, peppery finish.  Perfect for brisket, ribs or anything that needs a bold hit of authentic smoke.

Sweet cherries meet slow smoked chipotle heat in this bold, trail-inspired BBQ sauce. Triple C layers rich, cherry sweetness with a warm, smoky kick, balanced by honey & a touch of spice for a smooth, mouth-watering finish. 

Perfect for glazing ribs, brushing over brisket or slathering on grilled chicken.

Smoking Wood Chips

Our premium smoking wood chips infuse your BBQ with authentic, slow-smoked flavour - adding rich aroma and depth to every bite. 

How to use: 

1. Soak (Optional): It's often said that for a slower, longer smoke, soak chips in water, beer, cider or juice for 30mins before use. For a quicker, stronger hit of smoke, use them dry. This has been debated many times & the jury is out as to whether it actually makes a difference - we'll let you decide! 

2. Prepare your BBQ/Smoker: Preheat your smoker, grill or BBQ to cooking temperature. 

3. Add the chips: Place a handful of wood chips directly onto hot coals, or use a smoker box/foil pouch if cooking with gas. 

4. Start Smoking: Once chips begin to smoulder, add your meat, fish or vegetables to the grill. 

5. Top Up as needed: For longer cooks, add more chips every 30-45 minutes to maintain that rich smoke flavour.
