"Hired these guys to cater a 'very' small event but they treated me and my order with the same care & respect I'd expect from someone receiving an order for 100. The meat was beautifully smoked, with a great smoke ring on the beef, and the turkey breast was surprisingly moist & delicious! My favourite side was the pit beans, I could happily place an order just for these. The cornbread was also the best I've had, sweet but not cake with a hint of jalapeno. I will absolutely be ordering from them again"
